I am looking to buy a boat and trailer from a guy here in Arizona. He says he has the registration for the boat and he has a bill of auction for the trailer. The guy selling it said he bought it from out of state and was given a beak of auction for the trailer.
My question is how do I go virtually getting a title for the trailer? I know that I would be getting a bill of sale from the current owner but how do I get about turning that into a championship in the country of Arizona?? I would hate to buy this thing and end up not beingness able to go a title for it...

Yep I take read that some people do that. I am just the kind of person that likes to have all my ducks in a row. Especially with paperwork and on whatever purchases I am making. Is declaring the trailer equally home built legal in Texas? Unfortunately I am the kind of person that likes doing everything "past the book"....

Dang I just left AZ 3 years agone and can't remember if they title or not. I know they permanent annals all non-commercial trailers less than 10000 GVW. But regardless of what they do I would not buy it without a title or registration that is in the sellers proper name. Yous don't desire that hassle if something goes wrong with the serial number search. Well-nigh people don't realize that it is actually illegal to sell or purchase vehicles, and trailers without proper championship and registration. Boats are registered through the AZ G&F. If he has the registration in his name there will be a place for seller to sign on the back of information technology if non title is required. Does the trailer have AZ plates?

Yes the trailer does currently accept AZ plates on it.
